Do you have a show house for viewing?

Please check with us to confirm what may be available for viewing.

Are the affordable units approved by City Council?

The building system is approved by council. Prior to commencement of construction, Budget Builds will facilitate the approvals by council.

Can I change the plans to suit my needs?

Unfortunately, the footprint cannot change, but you are able to choose finishes, and omit courtyards and drying yards.

How can I secure myself against the large deposit?

The project will take place under a legitimate MOU (memorandum of understanding) signed by both parties. Insurance policies need to be in place for the contractor and the client. If the client wishes to they may opt for a performance bond.

What other costs are to be expected?

Connections to the unit are site specific, vary from one scenario to another and are thus excluded from the total price. Therefore the foundations, the electrification, the sewer system and the water connection will be added costs. There are also council approval costs to account for and the rates vary from area to area. All internal connections are included in the quoted price.
