Low cost housing

Through research and observation of cultural influences on housing, Budget Builds has designed low cost housing options which perfectly suit the local environment. This involves construction with concrete block and mortar which is promoted and supported by the local councils, it has life long lasting structural integrity and is the most basic of housing structures, suitable for mass construction. 

 

Currently, we have 3 options for consideration:

1)  The compact 2 bedroom, 37sqm unit       aprox. $13 000 per unit 

                                                                                                                              

2)  The standard 2 bedroom, 45sqm unit       aprox. $14 000 per unit 
3)  The larger 3 bedroom, 56sqm unit       aprox. $15 400 per unit
