Idea vs Implementation

Affordable housing in Zimbabwe - a fantastic concept! It is! Since the idea, Budget Builds has successfully facilitated a build to occupation of it's "original" affordable home model in Harare - the idea works, how about implementation? Implementation of the concept has been fun and rewarding, meeting the objective of providing so many more of these units for our society, becomes our next agenda - a new challenge that meets us head on... A different set of skills - I am looking forward to it.
